It’s the end of the year.  There’s a TON of resources, how to’s, guides, amazing, world changing workshops to help you PLAN your 2014. It’s time to plan plan plan.  Strategize, goal set, revolutionize, intention set, visualize and later, actualize. I’ve got some thoughts on this. You can over plan. Yes, you can.  You can plan and visualize and intention set yourself right into overwhelm.  Or, (and?) you can actually spend SO MUCH time planning, you don’t DO anything, and then time passes and you don’t have much to show for it.   And that sucks. Do you make gratitude lists?  I do and they’ve been transformative.  They’ve helped me gain a deeper understanding of my life, pull myself out of funks, and appreciate the world around me in a deeper way.    Around this time of year (American Thanksgiving) I love to dive even deeper into my gratitude list, and generally ask my clients to do the same 🙂  It’s hugely important to give thanks and be appreciative.  It’s also a really healthy way to find the silver lining, and let past grievances go.   I find that without this reflection and grounding, I am much less stable and sure moving into the future.
